The huge master bedroom has a custom hand carved built-in wooden closet containing drawers and TV alcove behind mirrored sliding doors. Large master bath has double glass sinks with mirrored cabinets, a commode, a bidet, and glass block steps leading up to a two person whirlpool tub and shower. The second bedroom has custom-built closet with drawers and TV alcove hidden behind sliding mirrored doors. The third bedroom has custom-built security closet with triple locking deadbolt. Ceramic tiled 60 foot covered patio runs the full length in the front of the house. There is also a 30 foot covered patio on the back of the house that provides a place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the mountain views. If you walk 450 feet in front of the house you can fish in the Caribbean Sea. Or if you prefer, you can fish off the back patio in one of the best fishing rivers in Costa Rica. The house is well protected by a government built and maintained retaining wall to protect the house from flooding. The house has been here for 40 years and has never been flooded. The house is constructed of concrete block filled with rebar and cement. The roof is heavy duty metal with metal rafters. There is a small utility room for the washer and dryer and the washer and dryer both stay with the house. The place has a well that has great tasting water. There is another building that houses the water storage tank, the water pressurizing system, the hot water heater, the propane tank, plus room to store hand tools and landscaping tools. There are lots of coconut trees, breadfruit trees, nonis, lime trees, and grapefruit trees. The house sits toward the end of a dead end road and the beach is almost always deserted. It is a very peaceful and quiet setting.
